Our Accommodation
Butcombe Farm Holiday Cottages offers quality holiday cottages set in beautiful rural North Somerset, an ideal setting for a relaxing country vacation. The holiday cottages sit in forty acres of fields and woodland, commanding splendid views across the valley to the Mendip Hills and over Blagdon Reservoir. Butcombe Farm itself is a large Grade II listed farmhouse, dating from the 14th century and is steeped in history and changes over the following centuries.

Granary Cottage

Separate Kitchen / Diner, with fully fitted kitchen providing cooker, microwave and fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Granary Cottage is a two story detached stone built cottage full of character and charm, with 3 en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to six people.
The cottage has private patio area with Hot Tub and seating, with parking for three cars to the side. The outdoor seating area is ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing in the evening.
There is also 40 acres of open fields and woodland around Butcombe Farm to explore

One bedroom with private patio
The Butcombe Farm farmhouse is a large property with parts of it dating back to the 14th century. It has large open fire places and sleeps 22 people in 8 bedrooms, 2 of which are large family rooms. There is a large private garden attached to the farmhouse and is the perfect place to stay for large family gatherings or Hen Parties. No all male parties. No Pets
The Farmhouse sleeps up to 22 with Studio annexe sleeping an extra 2-3 Guests (in total 25) this includes 2-3 guests in a private self contained studio annexe within the Farmhouse grounds with direct access to the heated pool from their front door. (The Farmhouse must be fully booked out in order to have the use of the annexe)

Stable Cottage is a character stone built cottage, converted from its original use as the farm stables. There are three bedrooms all on the ground floor and the cottage can sleep up to 6 people.
The large lounge and kitchen dining area are located upstairs where there are wonderful views across the surrounding fields. With oak beams and painted stone walls throughout, it is full of character and yet is fully equipped for a family or three couples.
Sunnybanks Cottage

A charming one bed large cottage that can sleep 2-3 guests. Kitchen/Lounge and full bathroom with shower.
Parking outside with lovely views and outside decking area.

Ideal also for overnight stays for guests using Bristol airport which is close by.
